Associate Director, Enrollment Management

About the role

The Associate Director of Enrollment Management supports the Director in overseeing departmental operations and leads a major functional unit within the Enrollment Management & New Student Experience department at Texas A&M University‑Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Serve on the management team with the Director and represent the department on various committees.
• Participate in developing and implementing departmental strategic plans and budgets.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational matters to meet department goals.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate enrollment programs.
• Monitor compliance with university, departmental, and governmental policies.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and surveys as requested by the Director.
• Provide leadership and supervision for the department and its sub‑units, including handling special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least six years of related experience in enrollment or higher education administration.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to multitask, work cooperatively, and communicate clearly.
