Associate Director, AI Initiatives

About the role

The Associate Director will support the AI, Analytics and Future of Work Initiative at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, ensuring successful delivery of programs and expanding the initiative’s visibility among students, faculty, alumni and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events, workshops, speaker series and other programming related to AI, analytics and the future of work.
• Engage stakeholders through outreach to students, faculty, staff, alumni, industry partners and external organizations.
• Manage website updates, newsletters and communication materials in partnership with Marketing & Communications.
• Provide operational and administrative support for initiative‑related projects and priorities.
• Assist with student‑focused experiential learning and engagement opportunities.
• Support development of new programs, partnerships and engagement opportunities aligned with the initiative’s mission.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination with the Dean’s Office, faculty and external stakeholders.
• Track initiative activities, timelines and deliverables.
