Associate Dentist

About the role

Alaska Premier Dental Group is looking for a dedicated Associate Dentist to join its growing team in Wasilla. The practice offers hands-on mentorship and coaching from experienced doctors and practice coaches, access to high-end technology, and a supportive environment focused on professional and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide care through a wide range of procedures, including restorations, extractions and cosmetic treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient interactions.
• Work with the team to uphold the practice's standards of excellence.

Required profile

• DDS or DMD degree.
• 1-2 years of experience at a dental practice preferred.
• Passion for high-quality care and a relaxed environment for patients.
• Detail-oriented, thrives in a team setting, strong communicator and warm and compassionate.
• Openness to coaching and mentorship, and eagerness to grow.
