Associate Creative Director (Art)

About the role

Mars United Commerce, a global commerce marketing practice within Publicis Groupe, is looking for an Associate Creative Director with an art background. The role sits in a hybrid setting and requires living within commuting distance of the Detroit (Troy), Chicago or New York office. A portfolio link must be included in the application; candidates without one will not be considered.

Required profile

• Art director or designer background with strong digital shelf experience
• Previous management of a small-to-medium team (3+ years)
• Good understanding and working knowledge of UX design
• Experience working with front-end and back-end developers
• Able to present to and build relationships with clients
• Experience working remotely with a team
• Calm, solution-oriented, organized and able to handle many projects at once

Required skills

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a must)
• Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus
• Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
