Associate Consultant – Digital (U.S.)

About the role

L.E.K.'s Digital practice is seeking bright, motivated professionals to join as Associate Consultants. You will work at the intersection of strategy, digital, and AI, helping leading companies define and execute their future business models.

Key responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous client problems and design analytical or technical approaches.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Prototype and deploy digital and AI solutions such as agents, data products, and lightweight internal tools.
• Choose the appropriate delivery format—deck, prototype, or both—and produce client‑ready outputs.
• Own workstreams end‑to‑end, ensuring quality and pace.
• Embed with clients, iterate solutions with end users, and drive adoption.
• Coach junior team members and build capability across the case team.
• Communicate findings clearly in written, verbal, and demonstrable formats.
