Associate Consultant – Digital (US)

About the role

L.E.K.'s Digital practice is looking for a motivated Associate Consultant to join its U.S. offices in Boston, Chicago or New York. You will work at the intersection of strategy, digital and AI, helping clients define and execute their future business models.

Key responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous client problems and design analytical or technical approaches.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prototype and deploy digital and AI solutions such as agents, data products, and lightweight tools.
• Choose the appropriate delivery format—deck, prototype, or both—and produce client‑ready outputs.
• Own workstreams end‑to‑end, ensuring quality and pace.
• Embed with clients, iterate solutions with end users, and drive adoption.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to case‑team capability building.
• Communicate findings clearly in written, verbal, and demonstrable formats.
