Associate Consultant – 2027 Start (U.S.)

About the role

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking bright, motivated undergraduates to join its U.S. Associate program beginning in August or October 2027. As an Associate you will become an integral member of client teams, driving research, analysis, and insight generation from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary market, customer, and competitor research.
• Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to craft written presentations and deliver verbal findings to clients.
• Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to case strategy throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate student with a strong academic record.
• Curious, proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Positive outlook and drive to learn and lead.
