Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA) – Part‑Time

About the role

Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy and Adult Services is seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Supervisor to provide part‑time ABA supervision and clinical support. This role offers a clear pathway toward BCBA certification while working with children on the autism spectrum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision and real‑time coaching to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Assist in implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Conduct session observations, ensure treatment fidelity, and deliver feedback.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary teams to track client progress.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children and advancing in the ABA field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Commitment to ethical, high‑quality clinical care.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or related field.
• BCaBA certification or active pursuit of BCBA certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year experience supervising children with ASD and RBT certification.
