Associate Brand Protection Analyst - French Fluency

About the role

Join CSC’s Digital Brand Services team as an Associate Brand Protection Analyst. You will help global clients protect their trademarks and recover strategic domain names, working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. French fluency is required to support French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to customers for comprehensive brand protection strategies.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on acquisition, recovery, and enforcement plans.
• Conduct background investigations, research trademark infringements and brand abuse.
• Analyze website content to identify infringing material.
• Draft and file domain‑name complaints (UDRP, DRP, URS) and manage enforcement cases.
• Coordinate internal transfers of acquired or recovered domain names.
• Anticipate client concerns and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Paralegal certificate or related coursework is a plus.
• Experience in intellectual‑property law, trademarks, or online brand protection preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high‑pressure environment.
