Associate Brand Protection Analyst – French fluency

About the role

The Associate Brand Protection Analyst will support global customers in enforcing brand rights, recovering strategic domain names, and handling cease‑and‑desist communications. The role is based in Wilmington, DE, and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to customers to build a comprehensive brand protection strategy.
• Cooperatively work with global teams and customers to align acquisition, recovery, and enforcement efforts.
• Proactively anticipate client concerns and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct background investigations, research, and analysis of trademark infringement and brand abuse.
• Analyze website content to identify infringing material.
• Draft domain‑name complaints (UDRP, DRP, URS) and manage enforcement cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to transfer acquired or recovered domain names.
• Manage case workflow independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Paralegal certificate or related coursework; experience in intellectual property law, trademarks, or online brand protection preferred.
• Experience in a technical or data‑analysis role; research background beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Direct, open, and honest communication style with customers and coworkers.
• Experience in a technology‑driven environment is a plus.
