About the role
Harper Meyer LLP is seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney to join its Disputes department in Miami, Florida. This in‑person position offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic mix of international and domestic dispute matters, representing a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Appear regularly in state and federal courts on behalf of clients.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain client communications and provide updates on case progress.
Required profile
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent legal research skills.
