Associate Attorney – Business, Probate & Trust Litigation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Los Angeles law firm that handles high‑profile litigation, business law, and personal injury matters. The firm seeks an Associate Attorney to manage complex commercial, probate, trust and inheritance disputes, working on cases that range from entertainment controversies to major corporate litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation, trusts, probate, and inheritance dispute cases.
• Analyze intricate legal precedents and emerging technologies to develop aggressive case strategies.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and high‑stakes settlement conferences.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents with precision.
• Collaborate with senior partners to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

Required profile

• Active California Bar admission (required).
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in business law, probate, trust or inheritance disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $220,000 per year.
