Associate Account Manager - Sports

About the role

The Associate Account Manager role is an entry‑level sales position at BDA, supporting a high‑performing sales team and managing sponsorship‑driven programs in the sports industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales team with account planning, client presentations, and prospecting for new buyers.
• Coordinate client‑facing projects such as pop‑up events, handling timelines, costs, logistics, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and project data in Salesforce, including quoting and order status updates.
• Develop industry knowledge of branded merchandise, supplier mix, pricing, and attend events to increase exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, branded merchandise, or a similar agency environment.
• Direct experience working for a sports team in a sales, marketing, or branding capacity.
• Strong communication, client‑first mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
