Assistant/Associate/Full Professor – Pharmacy Practice (Population Health & Ambulatory Care)

About the role

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore seeks a full‑time, twelve‑month, non‑tenure‑track faculty member to join its School of Pharmacy. The position focuses on pharmacy practice with an emphasis on population health and ambulatory care, supporting both teaching and clinical service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide didactic and experiential instruction in pharmacy practice, emphasizing ambulatory care.
• Maintain an active clinical practice that fosters interprofessional collaboration and student learning.
• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve courses to meet accreditation standards.
• Engage in independent and collaborative scholarly activities related to your area of expertise.
• Participate in service to the school, university, and professional organizations.
• Deliver comprehensive population‑health and ambulatory‑care pharmacy services.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy practice, population health, and ambulatory care.
• Ability to teach both didactic and experiential components.
• Commitment to maintaining an active clinical practice.
• Willingness to engage in scholarly research and professional service.
