Assistant – Treehouse (Student Living)

About the role

The Assistant‑Treehouse supports Greystar’s leasing and maintenance teams in a student‑living community. The role combines administrative assistance with hands‑on tasks to help prepare apartments for the upcoming turn season and ensure resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative duties for the leasing office, including copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out processes by printing required paperwork and maintaining resident lease files.
• Support on‑campus marketing outreach to raise community awareness and attract qualified prospects.
• Help organize resident events such as welcome parties, unit tours, and other community programs.
• Provide basic technical and mechanical assistance to the maintenance team during apartment turn preparations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Interest in property management and student‑living communities.
