About the role
The Upland Unified School District is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead its Educational Services division. This senior leadership position supports the district’s mission to provide high‑quality education and oversees key instructional programs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in developing and implementing district‑wide educational policies.
- Supervise curriculum development, assessment, and instructional support services.
- Collaborate with school leaders to improve student achievement and equity.
- Manage budget allocations for instructional programs and resources.
- Represent the district at community and board meetings.
Required profile
- Preferred experience in high school administration.
- Valid prerequisite credential and Administrative Services credential.
- Three recent letters of recommendation (within the past 12 months).
- Complete application package including credential copy, cover letter, and resume.
