About the role
Join the Desert Hills Outlet as an Assistant Store Manager, supporting daily operations and motivating the team to exceed sales and operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Inspire the team to consistently meet sales targets.
- Delegate duties to the sales team and ensure high‑standard, timely completion.
- Assist management in meeting store KPIs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Experience supervising and guiding a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
