Assistant Store Manager – Retail

About the role

Join Zales at Broadway Square Mall as an Assistant Store Manager and help create memorable experiences for customers while supporting store performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team, and uphold the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Maintain daily focus on individual and team performance standards.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the store.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Recruit, interview, and select new team members.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Handle operational and strategic duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Proficiency with POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to understand written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
