Assistant Site Director – After School Program

About the role

Join Apollo After School as an Assistant Site Director to support the delivery of a high‑quality, curriculum‑based after‑school program for PK‑8 students. You will work closely with the Site Director and senior leadership to ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily program operations and logistics, including safety, attendance, and dismissal procedures.
• Supervise staff, coordinate activities, and maintain positive relationships with parents, school personnel, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and program data for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience working with school‑age youth (ages 4‑10) in a school or after‑school setting.
• At least six months of management experience overseeing five or more direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with program logistics and child safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school officials.
