About the role
The Assistant Property Manager – Lease Up will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Arcadia community. This full‑time position focuses on accounting, bookkeeping, and rent collection to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process invoices, payables, and prepare financial reports.
- Assist with monthly close‑out, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Utilize property management software to record, track, and report all financial transactions.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented individual able to manage multiple financial tasks.
- Comfortable supporting the Community Manager in both operational and financial duties.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
