About the role

The Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University seeks a full‑time, tenure‑track Assistant Professor to join its faculty beginning July 1, 2026. The position focuses on management scholarship, graduate teaching, and doctoral mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in management, including PhD, MBA, and executive MBA programs.
• Mentor and supervise doctoral students, serving on dissertation committees.
