About the role
Southeastern Louisiana University’s Department of Management and Business Administration seeks a tenure‑track faculty member at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate Management courses, conduct scholarly research, and contribute to departmental service.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate Management courses, including potential focus on Strategy.
- Engage in scholarly research and professional activities to maintain AACSB accreditation standards.
- Provide service to the department, college, and university through committees and other academic duties.
Required profile
- Earned doctorate in Management or a closely related field completed by the start date.
- Strong desire for teaching and evidence of scholarly productivity or clear potential for research.
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful academic environment and willingness to provide service.
