About the role
The Department of Math and Natural Sciences seeks a tenure‑track Assistant Professor of Chemistry to join its faculty. The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate education through teaching, advising, and service.
Key responsibilities
- Teach organic chemistry lectures and laboratory sections.
- Deliver lower‑level courses such as Introductory Chemistry and Physical Sciences.
- Serve as academic advisor for chemistry majors.
- Participate in departmental service and any additional duties as required.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Commitment to undergraduate teaching and student mentorship.
