Assistant Professor – Business Analytics

About the role

Woxsen is seeking an Assistant Professor in Business Analytics to join its faculty. You will teach assigned courses, mentor students, and contribute to research and industry collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Decision Sciences or Information Systems.
• Guide and mentor students inside and outside the classroom, including interview preparation.
• Design and deliver learning‑and‑development initiatives for students.
• Conduct research, publish papers, and develop case studies in your domain.
• Support admissions and placement activities.
• Manage academic administration tasks such as exam coordination and class scheduling.
• Communicate with current, past, and prospective students and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Analytics or a closely related field from a reputable institution.
• 3‑5 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
• Strong research background with a record of scholarly publications.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to reside on campus (approximately 90 km from Hyderabad).
