Assistant Manager - Perimeter Mall, Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. This is a multi-faceted role combining business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results through analysis of the business and best-in-class customer service, oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, and act as talent leaders from recruiting and training to engagement and development. The company promotes from within.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Handle staffing and scheduling, payroll management and train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets, perform inventory control and operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omnichannel orders and represent the brand and company culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to coach others.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
