About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and leading the team from recruiting and training to engagement and development.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise the sales floor and stockroom
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll and train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets, run inventory control and operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omnichannel orders and represent the brand

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong customer focus, knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong work ethic
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
