About the role

The Assistant Director of Grants Development & Administration supports the college’s leadership in securing and managing external funding. This full‑time position involves researching funding opportunities, crafting competitive proposals, and overseeing the grant lifecycle from pre‑award planning to post‑award compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate grant opportunities aligned with the college’s strategic priorities.
• Write, edit, and submit competitive grant proposals.
• Provide technical expertise for pre‑award development and post‑award management, including compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, administrators, and external partners to ensure successful grant execution.
• Maintain accurate grant records and facilitate periodic travel between campuses as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in grant research, development, writing, or post‑award administration.
• Commitment to equity and support for underrepresented and disabled students.
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations available.
