About the role
The Cline, a 234‑unit mid‑rise community in Seattle, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in day‑to‑day financial and operational tasks. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys delivering excellent resident service while handling accounting duties.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and process invoices and payables.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rent‑assistance policies and programs.
- Assist the leasing team with virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
- Review and submit vendor, contractor, and service‑provider invoices for payment.
- Process resident move‑outs, ensuring lease terms and legal requirements are met.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Required profile
- Experience in property management or community management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
Required skills
- Accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with property management software.
