Assistant Community Manager (Providence Park)

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Providence Park community. This position handles day‑to‑day accounting tasks, rent collection, invoice processing, and ensures accurate financial reporting using property‑management software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts, and process month‑end close‑out.
• Generate financial reports and assist with monthly budgeting.
• Enter and maintain data in Yardi/OneSite, ensuring system integrity.
• Review resident files for delinquent balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Review, code, and submit vendor invoices for payment, coordinating with accounting and ownership.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice compliance and court representation as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for resident and vendor interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a property‑management team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property‑management software.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and invoice processing.
