Assistant Community Manager – Pooler Station

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for its Pooler Station community. The role supports the Community Manager in daily financial and operational tasks, ensuring accurate rent collection, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices and payables, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record transactions, maintain data integrity, and generate financial reports.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents on delinquencies, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with resident move‑out procedures, including lease term review, deposit handling, and fee assessments.
• Support eviction processes by preparing notices, representing the community in court hearings, and following company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of property management operations and lease administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
