Assistant Community Manager – Hidden River & Hubbards Crossing

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the management of two of its multifamily communities – Hidden River and Hubbards Crossing – located in Kirkland, WA. The role works closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth financial and operational performance, delivering high-quality service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, rent collection and fee management.
• Prepare monthly close-out statements and financial reports for each community.
• Perform bank deposits, account reconciliations and disposition of funds using the property management software.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and generate reports as needed.
• Support operational tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests, handling resident inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a community management or property management support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Community Manager and other team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for accounting and reporting.
