Assistant Community Manager for Baldwyn Apartments

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in overseeing Baldwyn Apartments, a 235‑unit residential community in Northgate. This position is essential for maintaining smooth financial and operational processes while delivering high‑quality service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations of Baldwyn Apartments.
• Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including monthly close‑out and preparation of financial reports.
• Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage rent, fee and other resident collections.
• Handle bank deposits, reconcile accounts, and support financial dispositions.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property or community management, preferably in residential real estate.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Fundamental accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Proficiency with standard office software, such as spreadsheet applications.
