Assistant Community Manager (Encore Rise)

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Encore Rise community. This position handles accounting, rent collection, invoicing, and ensures accurate financial reporting using property management software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices and payables, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and obtain Community Manager approval.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite software, entering data accurately and maintaining system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Handle eviction procedures, including notice requirements and court representation as needed.
• Manage resident move‑out processes, including lease term review, deposit handling, and fee assessment.
• Prepare monthly close‑out financial reports and other required financial documentation.
