About the role
The Assistant Community Manager (Cleo) supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a residential community. This position handles daily accounting tasks, rent collection, invoice processing, and ensures accurate financial reporting using property management software.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
- Operate Yardi/OneSite software, entering data accurately and maintaining system integrity.
- Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
- Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
- Assist with eviction procedures, court representation, and resident move‑out processing.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of property management and real‑estate operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
