Experienced Escrow Assistant – Preston Hollow

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Escrow Assistant to join our Preston Hollow office, supporting residential and commercial real‑estate transactions. You will work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth, accurate closings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of information needed to finalize home sales.
• Handle end‑to‑end escrow processing, including front‑end, curative work for Schedule C, CD/HUD preparation, and post‑closing/funding tasks.
• Review contracts and commitments with a comfortable level of knowledge.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co‑workers, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years escrow experience covering both front‑end and back‑end tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and solution‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• RamQuest system (preferred).
• Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Outlook.
