Assistant Community Manager – Bristol Park

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager at Bristol Park, a stabilized 112‑unit garden‑style community in Fayetteville, NC. Working Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends, you will handle day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Process invoices from vendors and contractors, obtain Community Manager approval, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and manage vendor communications.
• Operate Greystar’s property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record transactions, update records, and maintain system integrity.
• Prepare monthly close‑out reports, financial statements, and other required reports for ownership.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents on delinquencies, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice requirements and representation in court hearings.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and support the Community Manager in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
