Asset Protection Specialist – Rockefeller Center

About the role

The Asset Protection Specialist will support ALO’s flagship locations and surrounding sanctuaries, ensuring the safety of assets, people, and operations. Working closely with the Regional Asset Protection Manager, you will design and execute data‑driven loss‑prevention programs that align with ALO’s brand vision.

Key responsibilities

• Use data and strategy to meet shrinkage targets for assigned stores.
• Partner with store teams to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and other loss‑related incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance tools to detect suspicious behavior and safety concerns.
• Analyze RFID data to conduct item‑level investigations of high‑loss inventory.
• Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, legal teams, and internal stakeholders during investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Educate and train staff on loss‑prevention practices and asset‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong desire and ability to continuously learn new skills and best practices.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and investigative abilities.
