Asset Manager - Multifamily

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a well‑capitalized real estate investor’s residential investment platform in Atlanta. The role focuses on overseeing the performance of a portfolio of multifamily and residential development assets while supporting the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee asset‑management activities across a portfolio of residential development investments and drive execution of asset‑level business plans.
• Monitor project performance against underwriting assumptions, identifying value‑enhancement and risk‑mitigation opportunities.
• Review operating performance, leasing activity, construction progress, and financial reporting for active developments.
• Prepare and maintain portfolio performance reports, investment summaries, and asset reviews.
• Support underwriting and evaluation of new development and joint‑venture opportunities, including due‑diligence, financial analysis, and market research.
• Collaborate with development partners, property managers, brokers, lenders, and internal finance, investment, and development teams.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management.
• Experience analyzing or overseeing multifamily or residential development assets is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis capabilities.
• Solid understanding of development processes, capital structures, and joint‑venture partnerships.
