Assembler

About the role

MP Systems, an OEM manufacturer of CNC accessories such as high-pressure coolant systems, chillers, coolant filtration and mist collection, is hiring an Assembler in Enfield. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Assembler assembles pre-picked raw materials into completed assemblies and places finished assemblies in designated areas, and picks raw material when pre-picking is not available or necessary. Key responsibilities

• Review and follow production work orders and associated documentation such as bills of materials, schematics and blueprints.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Identify raw materials using part numbering systems and store them in the correct locations.
• Communicate with team leaders about assembly instructions, workflow adjustments and scheduling.
• Use hand and powered tools daily and build assemblies in designated areas.
• Use precision tools and measuring devices required by each work cell or area.
• Promote safe work practices and keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Pass onsite training on forklifts, cranes, balers and compactors.

• A motivated individual able to work successfully in a team setting.
• The text cuts off before stating experience requirements; the role reports to the Production Manager.
