Assembler II – 2nd Shift (Tue‑Sat)

About the role

Join Alfa Laval’s production team as an Assembler II on the 2nd shift, working Tuesday through Saturday. You will contribute to the assembly and value‑adding of parts while ensuring product quality and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assembly and value‑adding of components according to ALPS standards.
• Monitor output quality, identify faulty products and arrange re‑manufacture or discard.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED with relevant manufacturing experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience working with machines, equipment, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and manufacturing orders.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb, climb, stand for long periods and use equipment.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certifications preferred).
• Blueprint and drawing interpretation.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
