Assembler – HVAC Parts (Second Shift)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing facility as an HVAC assembler on the second shift (3:30 pm – midnight, Monday‑Friday). You will work in a safe, team‑oriented environment assembling and packaging HVAC components for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse policies.
• Meet accuracy and productivity standards while handling materials.
• Store, move, and manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Assemble HVAC parts using hand, semi‑automatic and automatic tools.
• Package finished assemblies for shipment.
• Work independently or collaboratively as needed.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse work.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, walk and bend for the entire shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience using semi‑automatic or automatic assembly tools.
• Forklift or pallet‑jack operation (a plus).
• Braze or solder techniques (a plus).
