Assembler 1 – Production Operator

About the role

The Assembler 1 role involves setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products under direct supervision. You will work on the production floor, ensuring product integrity and safety while supporting efficient manufacturing processes. The position is entry‑level and offers on‑site, first‑shift work.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate production issues and process disruptions to leadership for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain workflow continuity.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely according to established procedures.
• Set up and adjust equipment based on precise manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor equipment functionality to sustain production efficiency.
• Inspect output for defects and take appropriate actions such as scrap or rework.
• Maintain accurate production records using basic computer systems.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or vocational training; no prior experience required.
• Interest in Environmental Health and Safety principles and core manufacturing practices.
• Basic digital literacy to support production tasks and documentation.
• Familiarity with machine operations, equipment setup, and precision machining practices.
• Ability to support quality monitoring and record‑keeping.
