Principal Engineer – Process Development

About the role

Leads high‑complexity process development and industrialization activities, integrating lean methodologies and ensuring seamless transition from product development to full manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor implementation of process development for high‑complexity projects, integrating lean manufacturing methods.
• Complete manufacturing BOMs, develop industrialization concepts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Initiate and oversee process technology development aligned with product roadmaps.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, environmental compliance throughout execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electronics, manufacturing, industrial or systems engineering.
• Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.

• Base salary range $130,620 – $150,000 per year.
