About the role
Tierra Quinta is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to generate and close real‑estate transactions for land lots in Santa Cruz. You will attract potential buyers, identify market opportunities and follow up daily to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and market land lots, capturing interest from prospective buyers.
- Actively prospect new clients and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Close sales and ensure assigned targets are met.
- Record client interactions and organize site visits to projects.
- Plan, project and execute commercial activities.
Required profile
- Student, recent graduate or holder of a technical or university degree in commercial or related fields.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of negotiation, sales techniques and customer service.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using social media for business purposes.
- Willingness to work both in the field and in the office.
