Art Director – Independent Contractor AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to work as independent contractors training AI chat‑bots. You will create diverse conversation prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop varied conversation scenarios across multiple topics.
- Write clear, well‑researched answers to given prompts.
- Compare performance of different AI models and assess output quality.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated responses.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker.
- Currently enrolled in or holder of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
- Excellent writing, research and independent work abilities.
Required skills
- Strong fact‑checking ability.
What we offer
- Choose projects and work hours (5‑40 hours per week).
