Art Director – Independent Contractor AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. As an Art Director‑style AI Trainer you will craft diverse prompts, produce high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and write varied conversational prompts across multiple topics.
- Generate polished answers to specific prompts, demonstrating best‑in‑class quality.
- Compare performance of different AI models and document findings.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
- Strong writing, research, and independent work capabilities.
