Art Director – Independent Contractor AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. You will develop diverse prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required, but strong writing and research abilities are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Create varied conversational scenarios across multiple topics.
• Write clear, high‑quality answers based on specific prompts.
• Compare the performance of different AI models.
• Research and fact‑check AI‑generated responses.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Experience managing communications for a small business or being self‑employed.
• Excellent writing, research and fact‑checking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Residency in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada.
