Art Director – Independent Contractor AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and independent contractors to help train AI chatbots. You will develop complex prompts, craft high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required, and you can work between 5 and 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Design diverse conversations across a wide range of topics.
- Write high‑quality answers based on specific prompts.
- Compare the performance of different AI models.
- Research and fact‑check AI responses.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Experience managing small‑business communications or being self‑employed.
- Excellent writing and research abilities.
- Strong fact‑checking skills and ability to work independently.
