Art Director – AI Trainer (Independent Contractor)

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. As an Art Director‑AI Trainer you will craft diverse conversation prompts, produce high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and write varied conversational prompts across multiple topics.
- Generate polished answers to specific prompts, demonstrating best‑in‑class writing.
- Compare performance of different AI models and provide feedback.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication.
- Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing business communications or self‑employment.
- Strong writing, research, and independent work abilities.
