Area Maintenance Manager – SE Denver

About the role

The Area Maintenance Manager (AMM) is responsible for overseeing all technical and mechanical operations across multiple residential properties in the Southeast Denver region. The role ensures that interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality while staying within budgetary and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise completion of work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance on all property systems and components.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace mechanical and technical components in compliance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Develop scopes of work for larger projects and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze property maintenance performance and recommend improvements to meet financial goals.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with company policies, procedures, and budget constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations for multiple residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Ability to oversee vendor contracts and maintain budgetary control.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
